High-profile West Coast action sports advertising agency & production company specializing in Action Sports is selecting up to 100 select tracks for their producers to use.


This is a non-exclusive paid opportunity for one-time use placements.  If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights.  Specific usage and licensing rates will be determined on a project-by-project basis. All terms will be agreed upon between consultant, artist, and the ad agency/production company before any song is licensed for a given project.


These songs will be exposed to millions of Action Sports fans and brands across the nation.  Music is being sourced for digital web media, video games, commercials, promotional videos, television (shows and pilots), major motion pictures (Warner Bros/Paramount), live events, celebrity charity programs, DVDs, home video projects and more.

Client list includes Fuel TV, MTV, ESPN X-Games, AST Dew Tour, Fox, Outdoor Life Network, NBC, Surfer Magazine TV, Quiksilver, Billabong, Hurley, Target, Kohl’s, PacSun, Zumies, Microsoft, Mini USA, American Eagle, Activision, Sony, Hasbro and more.

Genres Accepted:

Rock (Classic, Alternative, Active, Surf), Instrumentals (High Energy), EDM, Hip-Hop, Pop, and multi-genre tracks appropriate for Action Sports Brands.

Submission Requirements:

  • Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in programming
  • Tracks must be high-energy and appropriate for the content that it will be supporting
  • Artists must own all copyrights – please no uncleared samples, re-titles or covers

Submission Process:

Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by music publisher and record label.  All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to the producers for consideration. If selected by the producers, record label will then provide the usage agreements and facilitate all communication to complete the process. There are no additional fees once an artist is selected.
